Generosity Rocks
Generosity Rocks
$59 trillion is in the process of changing hands generationally through the giving, getting and management of a new generation of preeminent philanthropic gifts, according to Boston College researchers. Charities, they also predict, will receive between $16 trillion to $53 trillion of their own bequests. This money is looking for a home and advisors who have credible advice as to where to invest it, privately and philanthropically. Our clients are high- and ultra-high net worth individuals and households; private family foundations; trusts and endowments; public private partnerships; family offices; law firms; community foundations; donor advised funds; healthcare systems and academic medical centers; cause-related corporations; and, nonprofits and for-profits wishing to have more favorable public impact. We all share a common notion that generosity rocks!

You certainly have heard of public-private partnerships, P3s or PPPs in some place, but our philanthropic-public-private-partnership (P4 or PPPP) initiatives take P3s to a whole new level blending the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, domestically as well as internationally, to do great social good where government or the private sector or both cannot do it alone. Our supported funds enable us to offer both private and philanthropic investors an opportunity to support worthy, transformational initiatives whether they are looking for a return on investment or simply an excellent philanthropic vehicle to support tax-planning purposes. These projects are governed by a team of pioneering experts in their fields who promote excellence in these endeavors.
The Generosity Preeminent Charitable Fund, which is professionally managed through participating community foundations, and monitored by our team of experts, is available for philanthropic purposes using principal gifts, Program Related Investments, Social Impact Funds, private family foundations, family office investments, and more.
The Generosity Preeminent Partner Fund is used to direct appropriate private investments that are seeking a permissible return on investment in projects that have a measurable social benefit to the communities and stakeholders that they benefit as permitted by federal law where charitable ventures are affected. This fund is also professionally managed through participating community foundations, where invested funds remain locally-focused.
Our enterprise excellence team uses Lean/Six Sigma and Baldrige Quality Standards to help ensure that those projects our clients charitably support through our P4 initiatives, either publicly or privately, are operated and maintained with the greatest system and protocol efficiencies possible.
